SLT CAME TO US IN A DREAM
It was the middle of a global pandemic and our two-decade-old tour guide business had gone bankrupt. Tourism had ground to a halt. Millions of people in the travel and hospitality industry were unemployed. But worse than that was the knowledge that the economic gulf between the haves & have nots was widening. More and more people were living with less and less, especially here in NYC.
When we woke up, we knew it was our responsibility as New Yorkers to give back to our city, while at the same time showing our guests how to be a part of this magnificent metropolis. That's when our new company’s name rang clear as a bell - Spread Love NYC.

ABOUT ME
Matt Levy is a native New Yorker (born n' bred in Brooklyn, fugghedaboudit) who has spent the last two decades as a NYC tour guide and small business owner, first with The Levys' Unique New York! and currently with SLT. A proud "New Yorker Know-it-All," his specialty tours of the city include the Brooklyn Bridge and Brooklyn neighborhoods, Bushwick architecture and street art, anything to do with food, anything to do with craft beer and craft cocktails. He is proudly living that #SingleDadLife with his two amazing daughters, Lila (9) and Rose (4). Having lived almost his entire life in Brooklyn, he recently moved to Queens and is never going back to BK - Queens is the Future!
